While the price for renting the Puskas pavilion is reasonable, (floral arrangements are a bit pricey, and the floral discount for reserving their pavilion is not really significant.) in my opinion, it's not worth the rude employees and poor treatment.

One of the reasons we chose Puskas to hold our wedding reception was because we thought that we would receive better treatment and service as compared to a larger commercial party center. Sadly, this was not the case.

Some of employees at Puskas were repeatedly curt, bordering on rude; and generally acted as if WE were an inconvenience to THEM! Despite our best efforts to remain accommodating, and meet their requirements, we were still treated as bad customers. After the wedding reception they never contacted us in regards to our deposit. It was only after waiting a month to contact them did we learn that they had decided to keep the entire deposit. After speaking with them on the phone, they were unwilling to make any reasonable compromise, and provided us with only unacceptable, and generally poor excuses.

We don't make a lot of money, and had to plan a wedding on a tight budget; we thought Puskas would be perfect. Sadly, their rude behavior, and theft of our damage deposit have soured the experience.

Being treated as a nuisance when trying to spend my hard earned money is what I find most insulting.

I do not recommend doing business with Puskas Family Flowers in any way.
